Payment Processing and Refund Agreement

This Team Builder Pro LLC Payment Processing and Refund Agreement and its Annexes A, B, and C (“DPA”) is between Team Builder Pro LLC Inc. (“Team Builder Pro LLC”) and the party executing this agreement as Customer (“Customer”).

Thank you for choosing Team Builder Pro LLC. This Payment and Refund Policy governs the use of our services and explains the payment terms and refund process.

Payment

We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which allows you to securely make payments using various methods, including credit/debit cards and online wallets. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please include the following details in your refund request:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the payment
  • Date of the payment
  • Reason for the refund

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process the refund if it meets our refund policy criteria. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
